How do you defrost frozen fish?
When it's finally time to enjoy that freshly frozen fish, all that's left to do is thaw it. You can thaw frozen fish without causing bacteria by completely submerging the bag containing the fish in cold water. Bacteria don't stand a chance as long as the water doesn't get warmer than 5 degrees Celsius. Replace the water every ten minutes and then bake, grill, or steam your fish as usual.
