The sustainable taste of salmon

Adri & Zoon has been an investor in the land-based salmon farm in Iceland since December 2023! A location rich in natural resources, including freshwater and seawater naturally filtered through volcanic rock.

The cultivation method offers many advantages. For example, we can eradicate sea lice, reduce the risk of mortality, and contribute to a circular economy by, among other things, reusing 70% of the water. Together, we strive for a zero-carbon footprint.

The focus is on the continuous supply of high-quality, sustainable salmon for the next generation. 2026 promises to be a delicious and successful start to a new era!
